2026 Seasonal Waitlist Open

Our seasonal campers return year after year, forming lasting friendships (often strengthened around the campfire). This sense of community and belonging that comes with seasonal camping is where our family's campground excels. Children have the opportunity to make friends and enjoy the freedom of the outdoors in a safe and supportive environment. Adults can socialize and celebrate shared traditions, creating lifelong memories and connections. 

We are a small campground of like-minded individuals with a tight-knit, welcoming "camp family" at its center. We are able to offer lower costs by keeping things simple: we have no employees and often utilize our customer's assistance when they can help out. Every seasonal camper has made our campground what it is today, and it continues to get better, year after year because of them. Our goal is to cultivate community and belonging and having the most fun possible!

The 2026 Seasonal Camping timeframe is mid-May through mid-October (weather dependent)

$950.00 is due by September 

$950.00 is due by January 

$950.00 is due by May

All payments are non-refundable

The Seasonal Camper must pay $950 to hold their campsite within two weeks of being offered a site

This rate covers one household per campsite with a maximum of four household members; additional household members will be charged a higher seasonal rate or pay visitor’s fees

There is no sharing or subletting seasonal campsites; payments are not transferrable

Electric service is pay-per-use and is charged monthly to each campsite individually

Preceding off-season RV storage is included in the seasonal rate 

A tour is required to be considered

Weather permitting, new Seasonal Campers can move their RVs onto their assigned campsites beginning in early October
